Karnival Pengakap Malaysia 1st - 2nd August 2009

Despite the last minute preparation, the Karnival Pengakap was sucessfully carried at Pusat Latihan PPMWPKL, Kepong on 1st and 2nd August 2009 to celebrate Scout Day. All the participants had a great time and the programme was very adequate for Scout Training. Many thanks to Organising Team headed by ASC Howard Lai to make this happen and we hope there will be more events like this for the Scouts in WPKL.
